Shipping Time
Estimated shipping time: 2-5 business days
Processing time: Orders placed before 12 pm CET will be shipped the next business day, but please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next working day. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, but delays may occur.
Returns
Returned items must comply with our Return Policy
• They must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
How to return
• Replace the shipping label on the box with the return label generated by the online return form.
• You must include the return slip in the package together with the returned items.
• Leave the parcel at a designated drop-off location.
Please attach the return label as well as the invoice provided for customs, so they are clearly visible on the outside of the package.
The refund will be issued upon return acceptance, please allow 14 business days for your refund to process. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. In case of a full return, the initial shipping fee will be refunded.
